Return and Refund policy
Non-Refundable Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refunded amount.
Refunds for Food Items
Refunds for food items will be made if the food is expired or damaged in transit. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and evidence of the damage or expiration (e.g., photos). Please contact our customer service team at support@snackbear.com to initiate the refund process for expired or damaged food items.
Refunds for Non-Food Items
If you initiate a return for non-food items within 15 days of delivery, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@snackbear.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
2. Approval: Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Shipping: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. You have the option to use a return shipping label provided by us for a market-rate fee, or you can purchase return shipping on your own. If you choose to use a return shipping label provided by us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
4. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@snackbear.com.
Exchanges
If you find that you need a different size for your item, we're here to help facilitate an exchange. Please note, there are some associated fees with exchanges to cover return shipping, reshipping, and restocking of the returned item. The restocking fee is 15% of the item's value. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible and appreciate your understanding that these fees help us maintain our service standards.
Items marked as non-returnable, which are detailed in the section above, cannot be exchanged. If you have any questions or need assistance with your exchange, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Cancelling an Order
All of our orders are prepped and shipped from our fulfillment partner 24/7, so once an order is placed, it is highly unlikely that it can be cancelled. That being said, you may reach out to us at support@snackbear.com to request a cancellation within two hours of your order and we will attempt to do so.
Address Change
We cannot change addresses once an order is placed. If you need to change the address, you will need to cancel the order (within two hours of placing it) and place a new order with the correct address. Please contact our customer service team at support@snackbear.com for assistance.
